2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Description of Services

Bayang Labs provides structured AI development programmes at defined levels:

Programmes are delivered in Petaling Jaya (in-person or online, confirmed at time of enrolment). Programme availability is subject to cohort scheduling.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all materials described in the programme description. Prices at time of enrolment are confirmed in the enrolment confirmation sent by email.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed in the enrolment process. Payment must be received before the programme start date.

5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

GPU credits issued as part of L02 are non-refundable once provisioned. Bayang Labs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort, in which case learners will receive a full refund or be transferred to the next available cohort at their election.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including session notes, written feedback, exercises and reference glossaries, are the intellectual property of Bayang Labs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Learners are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Work produced by learners during a programme (code, documentation, project write-ups) remains the intellectual property of the learner.

8. Programme Delivery

Bayang Labs will take reasonable steps to deliver each programme as described. Session schedules are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Where a session needs to be rescheduled, Bayang Labs will provide reasonable notice and an alternative time.

The portfolio programme (L03) includes preparation and practice only. It does not include job placement, referrals to employers, or any arrangement that creates an employment or hiring relationship. This is stated clearly in the programme description and is a material term of this Agreement.

Programmes are provided to teach and provide practice in defined AI development topics. Bayang Labs makes no representation about learning outcomes beyond what is described in the programme materials. Completion of a programme does not create any accreditation, certification recognised by external bodies, or credential usable for regulatory purposes.

This website and its content are provided "as is". Bayang Labs does not warrant that the website will be continuously available or free from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bayang Labs' liability to a learner arising from a programme is limited to the programme fee paid by that learner. Bayang Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or income.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bayang Labs against any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the website in a manner that causes harm to a third party.

12. Termination

Bayang Labs may remove a learner from a programme without refund if the learner breaches these Terms in a material way, including engaging in conduct that disrupts the experience of other learners. Where Bayang Labs terminates a programme for reasons other than a learner's breach, affected learners will receive a pro-rata refund.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a programme will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to a mediator or to the courts of Malaysia in the jurisdiction of Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Bayang Labs may update these Terms. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or enrolment in a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
